    nice document in that it provides the steps to be followed. Is there any chance you could augment this doc with a description of what to look for? for example, with step #1 you list what you're checking for and the MML command. What does one look for as output and then what does one do to resolve the problem?



    If you or someone else with the relevant knowledge have the time/inclination to grow the document a bit, it would be very useful...
