    thanks... worth noting that this is a drive-test based document rather than an OSS-based one... (just clarifying for others who may come across this)

    The document is a summary of TEMS analyses. It does not mention which equipment vendor that the operator is using.

    The document uses the TEMS logs for problem identification & classification only... it does not recommend solutions for changes on the OSS (although to be honest I did not go through it thoroughly, hence may have missed this)
