    Dear,

There is two ways to create Excel macros:

    1. Automatic record
    2. Manual writing

I suggest you to begin learn the VBA (Visual Basic for application) the language used for macro code.

    Regards,

Ask google "How to record macro in Excel" and try to record some simple macros (for automatic record). Then, after you have created macro, being in Excel window, press Alt+F11 and the window of Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) would appear. Now you may see the macro you've just created. For in-depth understanding how macros work you will need some books or tutorials on VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for Excel.
General technique in creating macros is recording the macro first (you make Excel to record your manual actions) and following editing the code for macro you have recorded.
