丁阳平

丁阳平, 男，药用资源化学博士，茶学系副研究员，硕士研究生导师。

一、研究方向：

1. 茶叶功能成分化学

    包括分离纯化、合成、结构修饰及功能评价（如抗氧化及抗肿瘤）；

2. 茶叶深加工产品综合开发

    速溶茶、茶（保健）食品开发研究。

二、学习经历：

湖南农业大学食品科学技术学院，茶学学士学位；

湖南农业大学食品科学技术学院，茶学硕士学位；

新葡8883net药学院 中医药学院，药用资源化学博士学位；

美国马萨诸塞州立大学食品系访学。
